I was in a large room with my husband and we wanted to have sex but our nanny was in the basement so we had to find a different room. I started Running up the stairs ti the attic but it became a secret passage to the attic. The passage was winding with endless rooms branching off, that I wanted to explore. It was exciting. Most of the rooms were bedrooms, initially inviting and opulent but then becoming creepy if examined further. One was filled with antique clowns, and I realized I don’t want to be there anymore. I started going down the stairs and it was another back passageway - still secret but much more vast and expansive with the stairs widening out into a grand staircase opening up into an old hotel, very opulent but abandoned. It reminded me of the shining in the dream. I continued to explore but was frightened. I then came to a big hall- I had the sense this was a lower level- it was filled with people who turned out to be the Norse god pantheon. They were drinking and feasting but all at modern conference tables. I was sitting at the tables feasting and enjoying their company. Through the revelry they were casting spells- teaching young kids the magic - at one point casting a dragon flying through the air breathing fire, and at another giving someone a gecko which also lit on fire. At some point I needed to continue to explore and 2 or three of us went back up the stairs to the winding passageway but this time finding witches and monsters that needed to be conquered in the rooms. I needed to improvise weapons from old broken tools and cluttered junk. When going to confront the opponent I needed strategy and to work together with my companions. They were male and I was holding back. One of the companions didn’t want me to hurt the creature we were chasing . I was afraid but resolved. We came to a locked room - the opponent was a young woman who broke through the windows to attack turning into multiple screaming hags. I woke up somewhere around here
